Our medical center is approved by the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) for providing Aviation Medical services in compliance with Personnel Licensing Requirements stipulated in ICAO Annex 1.  An approved Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) would be available by appointment for the following services.

• Photo Identification (Hong Kong Identity Card/ Passport)
• Latest Medical Certificate DCA152
• Current Operator License
• Previous Medical Report Forms DCA153, if available
• Relevant Investigation Reports/ Specialist Evaluations, as required
• Corrective Glasses/ Contact Lenses, as required
